Welcome to Post 113 Manchester American Legion Hall where beautiful event hall awaits your special occasion. Post 113 has been serving the Cape Ann area since 1954. Conveniently located within minutes of Route 128, Route 95 and Route 127, The event hall can be arranged to accommodate from 20 to 160 guests, with ample parking behind the building.

What the Hall Rental includes
Our facility holds up to 160 People for a cocktail party. Our 60" round tables accommodate 8 chairs. For a sit down dinner event, 120 people is a good number. For a wedding or party where you would like dancing, 104 is a good number. Renting chiavari chairs increases the table space from 8 to 10 people per table.
Table & chairs are included in the rental price. We have 13-60"rounds, 1-6'foot rectangles, 5-8'foot rectangles & 1 small square 3x3.
We have outlets compatible for bands & DJ's. It is suggested they use surge protector strips for their gear.
We have a large catering kitchen for a fee of $75 which includes: Full dish-washing system with racks, 6 burner stove/double oven, small freezer, reach-in fridge and a large prep counter.
If you do not possess a ServeSafe Certificate, you may work under ours for a fee of $50.
If any alcohol is to be served, we have a bartender liability fee of $75. You may only purchase alcohol & beverages through the Legion on our liquor license. Alcohol may only be served by a Legion employee that is T.I.P.S certified. Open bar is subject to a host paid gratuity of 20%.
*bartenders reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone
A 50% deposit is required to hold a date. You may drop off deposits to the bartender Mon-Fri anytime after 3:30pm Sat/Sun anytime after 1pm. Use the side member door and ring the buzzer so you may enter the building.

The member lounge is NOT included in the hall rental. Your guests are welcome to go out to the deck for their enjoyment. Members will also be on the deck during functions times as it is part of their membership.
No tacks or nails permitted. You may use tape, command products or clear fishing line to hang lanterns etc... from the ceiling. Please No Confetti or Table Scatter. All hall renters are required to clean up after their event. It is wise to designate a "Clean Team" or have your caterers clean up after the event.
ALL TRASH MUST BE PUT IN THE DUMPSTER LOCATED IN THE BACK PARKING LOT OF THE HALL! You will not receive your refundable cleaning deposit back if the hall is not to Post 113 standards .
